The Thoughtful Feline

The Thoughtful Feline is a shop I launched in 2021 during the second UK Covid lockdown. I started experimenting with candle making and decided to create a shop selling some of my creations. The result was The Thoughtful Feline; a shop that sells purrfect gifts for cat lovers.

“This smells like my cat” scented candles were the first candles I made to celebrate the launch of The Thoughtful Feline. Inspired by celebrity wellness culture, this smells like my cat is a parody of Goop’s “this smells like my vagina” candles. “This smells like my cat” candles are hand-poured soy candles with a catnip, chamomile and French lavender scent.

The shop has since expanded and now sells additional cat-themed products including prints and more scented candles.
